Averi Rochelle Clifford

Averi Rochelle Clifford, age 30, of Greeley, Colorado, was taken from this life entirely too soon on November 10, 2023, in Amarillo, Texas.

A memorial service will be on Friday, November 17, 2023, at 12:00 PM (Mountain Time) at Journey Christian Church, 4754 West 31st in Greeley.

Averi was born on May 13, 1993, to her parents, Jim and Amber Clifford, in Rapid City, South Dakota. She graduated from Greeley High School in 2011.

Averi was a nature lover and enjoyed hiking in the mountains. She found peace and solitude in nature.

Perhaps the only thing she was more passionate about was family, especially her daughter, Coco.  Averi was a fabulous mother and loved Coco beyond measure. Her presence was big and when she walked into the room, with her bright smile and infectious deep laugh, it immediately brightened the atmosphere.  Let’s face it, not everyone could pull off a Mohawk like she did!  Averi had a big, loving heart and strived to give more than she took.  The world has grown a bit dimmer without her in it.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Charles and Patricia Pennock, and her grandfather, Ralph Clifford.

Averi is survived by her daughter, Coco; her parents, Jim and Amber Clifford; four sisters, Alisha Clifford, Allison Baker, Erin Reynolds and Lamia Tabba; her brother, Colton Clifford; and her many loving niece and nephews.
