Billy Jack Fleischer

Billy Jack Fleischer 62, of Amarillo passed away Sunday, June 4, 2023 in Lubbock, TX.

He was born in Atchison, Kansas on March 11, 1961 to Billy and Saundra Fleischer. Billy graduated high school in Kansas and went on to attend college at Baylor. After college he joined the Marine Corp and served for six years before taking a year away from the military in 1986. After that year, Billy enlisted in the Army where he served for the next four years.

Billy was a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan. If he wasn’t watching football you could find him hunting or fishing. Any chance he got, he would get his family together and watch Marvel movies. When his family was around to watch movies with him, him and his puppy Ginger would sit and watch TV together. Billy was known to be caring and loving by his family in friends and got the same love back in return.

He married his wife Maria on May 7, 2019.

Billy is proceeded in death by his parents.

He is survived by wife, Maria; daughter, Brooke Fleischer; son, Billy Jack Fleischer III; one brother, Gary Hartman and numerous family members and friends
