Carroll Wayne Bentley

Carroll Wayne Bentley was a proud, loving, devoted father, grandfather, spouse, and friend. He served 16 years in the Marine Corps. He earned high honors while serving his country and only left due to being medically discharged. He is survived by his daughter Tabitha Bentley and her spouse Matt; grandkids Kayson and Gabriella; his son Robert East and his spouse Mary Profit; stepsons Art and his spouse Chris of Denver,  William and his spouse Daryl;  grandkids David and Hailey;  and Randy and his spouse Court of Amarillo. He lived a full life traveling and working from a very early age. CW was born in Spearman, TX to Utah and Freda Bentley on June 1st, 1957, and departed peacefully at home on October 21st, 2023, at the age of 66. To all that had the pleasure of knowing him will miss and mourn him greatly. He was the best man anyone could have ever known and loved. The service will be on November 5th at Hooters in Amarillo at 5 p.m.; all are welcome to attend and share memories with family and friends.
