Catherine Y. (Fenley) Luckey, 53, of Amarillo, traded in her earthly possessions for the kingdom of Heaven on December 14, 2024.

She was a mother of 3: Cody Fenley of Amarillo, TX; Harley Martin of Amarillo, TX; and Jaden Martin of Amarillo, TX. She adored her three grandbabies, Kacelynn, Skye, and Nova, all of Amarillo, TX. She was very bubbly with a side of sass. Once you got to know her, though, it was hard not to love her. She would do anything in the world for her kids and grandkids, never falling short.

She was an avid reader and writer, with many journal articles, and she was always hoping to publish one day. Her favorite pastime was sitting outside in the mornings with her coffee, singing music, and watching the birds. She also had a knack for collecting elephant statues and her tumbler cups. She had too many cups. There will never be enough words to express how amazing she was. Her infectious laugh, quick wit, and big hugs will be sorely missed. 

She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Jo Fenle,y and her aun,t Carolyn Sue Taylor.
