Chessie Laura Frisbie

Chessie Laura Frisbie, 47, of Amarillo, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2024. She was born August 8, 1977 to David and Pegi Frisbie, both of Amarillo.

Chessie was a very talented musician on the cello and piano and an accomplished artist as well. She was also a fashionista with her own unique style. She was loved by her niece and nephews and had a great part in raising them. 

Perhaps, her most outstanding quality was her love of animals especially her two dogs. She was gentle and compassionate to all living things, large and small.

Chessie will be greatly missed, as everyone who knew her loved her dearly. 

Chessie was preceded in death by her mother in 2021. 

She is survived by her father, her sister Elizabeth, of Amarillo, and her two brothers, Andrew, of Albuquerque, and Alexander, of Austin.

A private memorial will be held for family and friends at a later date.
