Cipriana Serna

Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at Our Lady of Guadalupe.  Rosary will be at 6:00 p.m. Monday, July 19, 2010 at Angel Funeral Home.  Arrangements are by Angel Funeral Home, 2209 S Arthur.Cipriano was born on September 16, 1926 to Florencio and Bernadina Serna in Lockhart, Texas.  He was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. He worked in the janitorial business.Survivors include 4 daughters, Esmeralda Morquecho, Sylvia Trejo and husband Ben, Suzanna Rodriguez and husband Larry, and Melissa Barnes, all of Amarillo; 5 sons, Juan Serna and wife Lupe of Austin, Cipriano Serna Jr. and wife Aminta, Mauricio Serna, Raul Serna, and Jose Serna all of Amarillo; one sister, Consuelo Rodriguez of Mexia, Texas; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great-grandchildren.
