Cuyler Don Faught

April 13, 1988 — November 7, 2021

Cuyler Don Faught, 33, of Amarillo TX, left this earthly world to fly with the angels on November 7,  2021.

Celebration of life for Cuyler will be on Friday, November 12, 2021, 3PM at Gateway Church in Amarillo, TX.

Cuyler was born April 13, 1988 to Jack Faught and LeeAnn Whittington. Cuyler graduated from Randall High School in 2006. Cuyler never met a stranger; he welcomed and spoke with everyone. He was definitely a man of respect, had a heart of Gold, the size of Texas. Cuyler was the man that you could always depend on, if you needed strength, Cuyler had the strength of ten men and was always willing to help the people he loved the most and would smile while lending a hand, often giving more than he had. Cuyler cherished his family and friendships, most importantly his son Jaxon. Cuyler would always make sure to tell you he loved you, he valued life and love above all.

Cuyler was most definitely touched by the hand of God on multiple occasions. At the age of 12 he was in a horrible car accident and the doctors stated it was not any medical procedures that was keeping him on earth, it was a miracle. Another time at the age of 28 God once again saved Cuyler’s life and left him to help and bless more people. Cuyler was named “The Miracle Man of Amarillo” at the City Church. Cuyler was of high intellect and had complete recall. His hugs and visits were in depth, with such wisdom and love.

Cuyler will truly be missed; however, his tears have been wiped away and there is no more pain for him. Cuyler was preceded in death by grandparents: Jo and Don Faught and John Holland and Vercil “Wes” Whittington; 2 uncles Rusty Conway and Kyle Felton. Survivors include a son, Jaxon Don Faught, 9, of Amarillo, TX; his parents, Jack Faught of Turkey, TX; LeeAnn Whittington of Arlington, TX; brother Thomas Lamb and Sarah of Little Elm, TX, sister Tabby and husband John Ott of Mannford, OK; brother  Jeff Faught of Amarillo, TX; 3 nephews Elijah Lamb of Amarillo, TX, Cameron and Easton Lamb of Little Elm, TX; 2 nieces Kirsten and Kayleigh Ott of Mannford, OK; and multiple aunts, uncles, cousins, and other people he adopted as family.
