Georgia, Amarillo, Tx.BIOGRAPHY:  David was born on August 21, 1956 to Theodore Holtgrewe and Mary Jane Holtgrewe in Orange California.  He attended Lincoln High School in Lincoln, NE and then Central Texas College in Killeen, TX.  He is a Vietnam Veteran. He was preceded in death by his father Theodore Holtgrewe in March 1983SURVIVORS include his wife Mara R (Naftel) Holtgrewe of Midland, TX; two daughters, Theo Mae Mauldin and husband Charlie of Big Springs, TX, Heather Ree Minosh and husband Brian of Anchorage, AK; two sisters, Theo Robinson of Bennington, NE, and Heidi Holtgrewe of Omaha, NE; mother, Mary Jane Forsyth and stepfather Fred Forsyth of Yuma, AZ; Grand Daughter, Mikayla Cyanne Holtgrewe of Anchorage, AK; and first wife Sema Thurman of Killeen, TX.
