David Nathaniel Huynh, 21, of Amarillo died Saturday, November 27, 2010.Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Angel Funeral Home Chapel, 2209 S. Arthur, with Rafel Camacho, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery by Angel Funeral Home. David was born March 7, 1989, in Amarillo to Tam Minh Hunyh and Sandy Villegas Hunyh. He graduated from Caprock High School in 2007.David had worked for DISH Network until being involved in a serious car accident in July 2008. Although he lost the battle to overcome injuries from the accident, he fought bravely and gave much inspiration to his family.David took a lot of pride in his family, especially his brothers and sister. His father called David and older brother Travis, “Tom and Jerry,” because of all their play fighting growing up. David was proud to be a “Momma’s Boy” and loved his mother most dearly. She affectionately called him, “Natron.” As much as he loved his family, he looked forward to the beginning of his own and raising his daughter, Jade.David’s “hobby” was his family. He loved spending time with all of them. He placed a lot of value in time spent with his aunts and uncles, and his cousins were very special to him. David really enjoyed cars as well, and a favorite pastime was his participation in a car club.David was loved by all who knew him, and he will be missed greatly by everyone.Survivors include Vanessa Huynh and their daughter, Jade Huynh, and his mother, Sandy, all of Amarillo; his father, Tam, of San Diego; two brothers, Travis Huynh and wife Chanel, Joshua Huynh, and a sister, Victoria Huynh, all of Amarillo. He also leaves his paternal grandfather, Adolfo Villegas, of Amarillo, and several special aunts, uncles, and cousins.The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity.
