Debra Ollinger

December 8, 1955 — March 24, 2015

Debbie Ollinger, age 59 of Amarillo, died March 24th in Amarillo.
Memorial services will be held on Friday, March 27th at 10:00 AM at Washington Avenue Christian Church with Pastor Lenny McCay officiating.  Arrangements are by Angel Funeral Home, 2209 S Arthur St.
Debbie was born on December 8, 1955 to Charles and Bettie Roddy in Clovis, New Mexico and graduated from Clovis High School.  After graduation she moved to Amarillo and after a few months entered cosmetology school and became a nail technician.
Debbie worked nearly every day throughout her illness and continued to do so until just a few weeks ago when her health prevented her from working.
She was a passionate person, loving to dance and play pool.  She delighted in animals but had a fondness for horses.  She delighted in people and was a friend to everyone, but her true joy was found in the lives of her children and grandchildren.  She cherished them all.  Debbie was loved by many and will be missed by all.
Debbie was preceded in death by her father; a sister Tammy Suddeth and a brother Spencer Roddy.
She is survived by her mother, Bettie of Amarillo; her daughter Stephanie Jackson and her husband Shannon of Amarillo; her son, Chris Humphrey and his wife Connie of Sumter, South Carolina; a step-daughter, Christi Ashley of Amarillo; and seven grandchildren, Haley Humprey, Haley Jackson, Sara, Chloe and Leland Wolters and Riley and Tylar Ashley.
Memorial suggestions are to Washington Avenue Christian Church, 3800 South Washington, Amarillo, Texas 79110
