Ernest Katembo Lukoko Sango, 75, of Amarillo passed peacefully into the presence of God the Father on November 16, 2021.
Visitation will be held from 10am to 7pm on Friday, November 26, 2021 at Angel Funeral Home; 2209 S. Arthur St in Amarillo. Prayer services will take place on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 10am at City Church of Amarillo, 205 S. Polk St. Interment will follow at Llano Cemetery East. The family will have a reception at 2pm following the service at Fairfield Inn and Suites, 1911 E. Interstate 40.
Mr. Ernest Katembo Lukoko Sango was born on 1st January, 1946 at lusoko village in Fizi district, Tanganyika wamboko region. He’s from WASANGO family, WASHILUTA in LUKOKO’S residence as a first (1) son out of six (6) children of Mr. Katembo Lwabanya Lukoko Sango (his father) from WASANGO, WASHILUTA in LUKOKO’S residence and Debora Elelwa Mfaume (his mother) who’s from WASHIMNYAKA, WASHI’EALA family.
Ernest Katembo attended his primary education from 1956 to 1963 at Congo primary school in Remera district, Uvira region where he completed his primary education. Later on, after being awarded a Completion certificate for primary education, he joined Congo secondary school where he pursued his O-level education from 1964 to 1968 in Remera district, Uvira region, and was awarded his O-level completion certificate.
Immediately after completion of Secondary education, has engaged directly in Entrepreneurship activities where he specialized in crops cultivation for food staff and business purposes as a point of income generation for the day-to-day undertakings of the family when was in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Due to different wishes and requirements in the family and the principle of nature, also has been shifted from Congo to Tanzania mainland where he started his new life together with the family before moving to the United State of America (USA).
After several years later, he shifted together with the family to the United State of America (USA) where he began his new life and got his first job in a Butchery company in the USA where he continued working as an employee before his death.
Ernest Katembo was a Christian who believed in the Living God the creator of heaven and the earth. Before his death, had one wife who’s known as Georgeta Kitungano, the mother of his lovely children.
During his lifetime and before his death, had twelve (12) children, whereby girls were six (6) and boys were six (6). Among those twelve (12) children only ten (10) children are alive until to date, while two (2) children already died previously. Therefore, currently, Ernest Katembo has left five (5) girls and five (5) boys are breathing until now before his death abides him.
Parallel to that currently has left thirty-two (32) grandsons & granddaughters, whereby out of that total twelve (12) are grandsons and twenty (20) are granddaughters. Furthermore, the deceased left four (4) great-granddaughters and grandsons.
The deceased died after attained 75 years old and died due because he was suffering from a serious Lung censer that attacked him for a long time. The family has done so many efforts to rescue him from such suffering altogether with Specialists of such attack from BSA hospital in Hamarillo Texas whereby the Specialists attempted different practices and alternative efforts all the way to rescue his life, but the efforts ended up in vain to rescue the life of the deceased.
Therefore, after the hard time and the failure of the efforts offered by the health Specialists from BSA, fortunately, Mr. Ernest Katembo Lukoko Sango died on the night of 16th November 2021 at BSA Hospital, Amarillo Texas in the United State of America. The Lord has given and Lord has taken the Lord’s name to be praised. Amen!
May the Lord God the Creator bless all the members from Ernest’s family, relatives, and friends to Ernest’s family for being good, humble, and continue to be the part and parcel of comforting the entire family in this hard situation we are passing through and all undertakings until we finalizing the funeral of our beloved father.
Furthermore, as the family, we are humble to submit our thanksgiving from the hearts of the Specialists from BSA Hospital for the great sacrifice, time throughout the entire undertaking by taking care of our beloved father to save his life prior the Lord to rest him. Amen!
Furthermore, may the Lord God our Creator of heaven and the earth, bless you all and fill up all your desires as per the sacrifice you offered and be the part and parcel in these tears until we are resting our lovely father Ernest Katembo. Amen!
