Estella Almeida

Estella Almeida, 76, of Amarillo, TX passed away on February 20, 2022.

She was born on April 12, 1945 in Poteet, Texas., to Edward and Susie Hilburn. Estella loved to paint and do ceramic work. She also had a passion for taking care of green plant and flowers. Estella’s favorite flowers were red and yellow roses. Before retiring, she was the owner of a restaurant and also worked for Region 16 Internal Operations.

Estella is proceeded in death by her husband, Robert Almeida; her parents, Edward and Susie; sister, Olivia Competfo; brother, Benny Hilburn and grandson, Paul Sifuentez.

She is survived by her daughter Diane Diaz; two sons, Richard and Felix Sifuentez; two sisters, Mary Ellen Hernandez and Rosa Zuniga; brother, Luis Hilburn; six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and friend Carol Castillo.
