Eva Ellis Jasper, 51, former Amarillo resident passed away March 18, 2021 at NWTH.

Eva was born August 28, 1969 in Dimmitt, TX to Joe Cruz Ellis and Betty Rogers where she attended Dimmitt High School. Eva often said she graduated from the “School of Hard Knocks”. Eva could accomplish anything she set her mind to. She was a loving mother, sister, friend, wife, grandmother and fiancé.
Eva was an active member at Power Church and was involved in the “Woman to Woman” spiritual team. She also enjoyed volunteering at Coffee Memorial Blood Center. Her priorities in life were God, Family and Happiness. She loved to pray, play games, dance, eat delicious food and watch a lot of football. Eva devoted her time and energy as a care giver to family members, grandbabies and her fiancé. She married Larry Jasper on February 15, 1997 and they were blessed with 3 beautiful children, Shawn, Nick and Jerrah. She was engaged to be married to CJ Juarez and opened her loving arms to her step-son, Alex-Ray Campos.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and her siblings, Annice Cardenas, Elias Ellis, Dorothy Garcia and Betty E. Torres.
Eva is survived by her siblings, Lupe Ellis, Adam Ellis, Rita Ellis, Davis Ellis, Joe Cruz Ellis, II, Linda Gonzales, Jeremiah Jaso, Betty Stella Jaso and Francise Jason; her fiancé, CJ Juarez; her children, Shawn & Kenzie Jasper, Nick & Madison Jasper, Juan & Jerrah Jasper-Aragon and Alex & Jenny Campos; and her grandbabies, Cayden Michael Kye Jasper, Kayson Cole Jeremiah Jasper, Azavien Legend Jasper, Audree-Lynn Nicole Jasper, Xander Jaxxon Campos, Hazel Mae Campos, Jade Rae Campos, Josiah Manuel Aragon and Aurora Ruby Aragon.
She was loved by everyone. May you rest in peace and fly high momma.
