Evelyn Jasmine Rios

Evelyn Rios, 18, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2020.

Vigil will be held at 6pm on Sunday, January 19, 2020 at Angel Funeral Home.  Mass will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 20, 2020 at Saint Laurence Catholic Church.  Burial will follow in Llano Cemetery.  Arrangements are by Angel Funeral Home, 2209 S. Arthur St.

Evelyn was born August 23, 2001 in El Paso to Maria Espinoza and Arnold Rios.  She graduated from Caprock High School in 2019 and was attending Expositos School of Hair Design.  She was a very kind and happy person who cared for those around her.  The world would shine where ever she went and was always the life of the party.  She was very unique and outgoing.

Evelyn is survived by her three sisters Yamileth Rios, Ytzel Rios and Yatzel Rios of Amarillo.   Her brother Nestor Rios of Amarillo.  Parents, Arnoldo and Maria Rios of Amarillo.  Grandparents Lazaro and Veronica Espinoza of Amarillo and Antonio and Imela Rios of Arandas, Jalisco.
