Fannie always had a positive attitude, a willing heart, and was a fighter. Her strength was an example for us all. She never let anything bother her. She would trust God and loved sunshine, flowers, and ice cream. She was selfless always seeing for others. She was always ready to travel and loved to listen to music on the road. As a single mom, she was a hard worker, working day and night to provide for all of her children. In times of difficulties if one of her children faced a challenged she listened gave us words of encouragement, wisdom, and faith to get up and face our challenges.
Mom, Wela. One would have to write a book to define all of her characteristics. However, one thing for sure was she finished the race. She fought hard for everyone and herself. A woman full of wisdom, encouragement, and of faith. She always had the ability to see the good in every situation. Moreover, in all her children, grandchildren into the 5th generation. The awesome things is that she made sure to listen to everyone. She had her way of making everyone laugh in his or her darkest moments. She always gave her best. We are thankful that she trusted our Father in Heaven. She believed in our Lord Jesus Christ and she always encouraged us to maintain a relationship with Jesus. We are who we are because we had a great teacher. It is not what we had, it’s what we have. Because she, our mom, grandma, still lives in our hearts. Now we have an angel in Heaven that will never stop looking after us.
We love you mommy, Wela
