Gloria Flores Means, age 59 of Amarillo died Monday, February 25, 2013.
Graveside Services will be Wednesday, March 6 at 11:00 A.M. at Llano Cemetery with Pastor Lin Tisdale of Bykota Baptist Church officiating. Arrangements are by Angel Funeral Home, 2209 S. Arthur.
Gloria was born September 9, 1952 in Lubbock to Jesús & Celia Flores.
She was a strong woman and worked as a caregiver for most of her life. Family was very important to Gloria; she was a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed playing bingo and enjoyed living life to the fullest.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Jesús, Jr. and Rudolfo Flores and a sister, Natalia Flores.
Gloria is survived by two sons, Justin Flores and fiancé Jasmine Cortinas and Johnny Flores and fiancé JoAnn Tijerina; four sisters, Elva Smith, Noamy Navarro, Terrie Flores and Irma Flores; three brothers, Albert Flores, Tony Flores and David Flores and two grandchildren, Celeste and Tristan Flores.
