Jessie Bustos, Sr, 59 of Amarillo, passed away October 26, 2012
Rosary will be said at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, November 1, at Blessed Sacrament Church. Funeral Mass will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 2, at Blessed Sacrament Church with Father Haider Quintero officiating. Burial will be at Llano Cemetery East. Arrangements are by Angel Funeral Home, 2209 S. Arthur.
Jessie was born May 23, 1953 in Seguin, Texas to Guadalupe and Ernestina Moreno Bustos. Jessie was a generous man with dignity, honor and respect. His passion for life was his family, friends, and music. His smile and laughter brightened and influenced many and he was deeply devoted to the Lord.
Jessie was preceded in death by his brother, Francisco “Pancho” Bustos .
Survivors include his wife, Pamela Lynette Bustos; a son Jessie E. Bustos Jr. and wife Emily; two daughters, Monica Bustos and husband Anthony, Nicole Bustos-Pickens and husband Chris all of Amarillo; thirteen brothers and sisters Patsy, Guadalupe Jr., Minnie, Roy, Rudy, Amelia, Ricky, Maria, Johnny, Celia, Edward, Tina, and Mario; eight grandchildren Jessie III, Caleb, Thomas, Brianna, Miranda, Jordan, Dalyn, and Zachry.
