Judy Boyett was called home by our Lord and Savior on September 14, 2017 at 3:07 p.m. She was born on May 2, 1952.
On Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 1:00 p.m., there will be a dinner and candle light in honor of Judy at Second Baptist Church, 419 N. Buchanan St. in Amarillo.
She is survived by her kids; Jimmy and Korena Perry of Kansas City, Missouri, James and Jennifer Coats of Amarillo, and Heather Willingham of Amarillo; her grandchildren, Dalton Hobbs, Dalton Davis, and Lasha Bray of Amarillo; her great grandchild, Serenity McDaniel of Amarillo; her sisters, Helen and husband Jack Moore of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Lynda and husband Jim Gaither of Porter, Oklahoma, and Margaret and husband Ronnie Tillman of Amarillo.
Judy was loved by so many people, too many to count or put on here. She was kind and loving. She was not afraid to stand her ground on what she thought was right, by she would help you in any way that was in her power to do so. As a mother, she always tried to do everything for her kids and grandkids. As a sister, she held family as the highest and loved all her sisters and brothers. She looked forward to her big family reunions, to see everyone and see what she was going to buy at the auction each time. She enjoyed staying up and talking to catch up on everyone's life, and remembering the good old days that had passed by. Judy lived life to the fullest and experienced all the wonders in the world made by our Father in Heaven and His glory.
