Judy McCawley, age 67 of Amarillo died July 17, 2012 in Amarillo.
Memorial Services will be held on Friday, July 20th, 2012 at 2:00 p.m., at North Beacon Church of the Nazarene, 1601 North Nelson. Pastor Jerry Thomas will officiate. Arrangements are by Angel Funeral Home, 2209 S. Arthur, Amarillo, Texas.
Judy was born in Wichita Falls, texas to Earl and Margaret Bowlen on November 15, 1944. She was fearless and you never knew what she was going to say or do. Before her health prevented her she was an active bowler and could shoot a very good game of pool. She most recently had been a bar tender at Polly's Pub.
Judy is survived by her father Earl Bowlen and her mother Margaret Trimble; two daughters, Terri Gardyneckie of Georgia and Fancy Welch and husband Gary Smith of Amarillo; a son Greg McGregor of Amarillo; a brother, Ron Bowlen of Amarillo; three step brothers, Donnie Mummert of Dallas, TX, David and Danny Mummert both of Wichita Falls, TX; three grandchildren, Eric Poole, Myles Smith and Katelyn Smith.
