Kathryn "Kathy" Fagin

Kathryn Ann Gammage Fagin passed September 17, 2021.

She was born to Alvis Lowell Gamage and Opal Elaine Ross Gamage on August 29, 1967 in Groom Tx.  Kathy married Lieu Conrad Fagin April 30, 1993. Kathryn worked diligently at the V.A. passionately helping Vets to get their much-needed benefits for many years. Lieu and Kathy did not have any children, but Kathy loved Lieu’s children as though they were her own. She was known to be a caring and loving person with a true heart of gold.

Kathryn was preceded in death by both her parents, husband Lieu Fagin, her sister Tammy Dawn Gammage Woods, and two stepsons Cary Michael Fagin and Danny Fagin.

Survivors include brothers Wayne Gamage, Amarillo Tx., Arlis Gamage, Pampa Tx., sister Alice Gammage Jones her husband Edward William Jones and their children Michael Dain Jones and Maulsby Dawn Jones, Wylie Tx., and niece Bobbi Woods Freeman, Sulphur, Ok.  Her stepchildren from Lieu: three daughters, Jennifer Fagin of Odessa Tx, Margo Fagin of Azle Tx. and Megan Fowler of Azle Tx. and Emmalee Hofmann of Azle Tx; 10 grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.

There will be no viewing, but Kathy will be placed with her husband Lieu Fagin in their bench at Memory Gardens.
