Luisa Leal Ramon

Luisa Leal Ramon,86, of Crowell, Texas, passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2025

A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 3, 2025, at 2 pm at Llano Cemetery, with her son Alfredo Ramon presiding. 

She was born to Juan P. Leal Sr. and Luz Murillo Leal on February 10, 1938, in Karnes City, Texas, where she was raised. She moved to this area of Texas in 1961, when she married the love of her life, Theodoro Ramon Sr. She was a housewife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother.

She was of the Pentecostal Faith. She loved her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She enjoyed listening to the radio, watching her novellas on TV, caring for dogs and her birds, and receiving pictures to hang on her walls at home.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Juan P. and Luz Leal. Her husband Theodoro Ramon Sr., son Theodoro Ramon Jr., and daughter Mary Helen Ramon, , Daughters-in law Mary Alice Ramon, Ruby Ramon, Priscilla Ramon, and Brenda Ramon. Her siblings Martina (Genaro) Rodríguez, Augustin (Maria) Segura, Porfirio (Victoria) Leal Sr., Maria(Jesus) Garcia Sr., Francisco (Maria) Leal Sr. Corina (Tomas) Piedra Sr. Juanita (Esteban) Reyes Sr. and Juan P. Leal Jr.

She is survived by her children: Consuelo (Ruben) Pineda, Augustin Ramon, Joe Luis Ramon, Martha Ramon, And Alfredo Ramon. A sister-in-law, Lupe Leal. Numerous nieces and nephews,29- grandchildren, 55-great grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
