James Mark Yancey, 55, of Amarillo, passed away on Saturday, December 23, 2017.
Graveside services will be at 1:00 pm Friday, April 6, 2018 at LLano Cemetery.
Mr. Yancey was born on March 18, 1962 in California to James T. and Alta Faye Yancey. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. James worked as an electrician most of his life. He served on the board of the IBEW Local 602 for over six years.
He was preceded in death by his parents. James is survived by one daughter, Jennifer Yancey-Reynolds and husband Raymond of New Jersey; one son, Michael Yancey and fiancé Laura Perry of Lumberton, Texas; three grandchildren, James Braden Yancey, Jaydan Christropher Ursprung, and Conner Patrick Reynolds; and two brothers, Robert Allen Yancey and Cary Paul Yancey.
