Onofre was born Feb. 9, 1944, in Littlefield to the late Onofre Miguel and Sara DeLaPaz Trevino. He was a loving father and grandfather.
Survivors include five daughters, Anna Maria Borjas and husband Ben of Hale Center, Lucinda Diaz and husband Kris, Melinda Trevino and Brittany Trevino, all of Amarillo, and Dorothy Frazier and husband Kris of Hurst; five sisters, Mary Helen Flores and husband Ramon, Oralia Rubalcaba and husband Joe, Mary Alice Cantu and husband Pablo, Josefa Valdevinos and Maria Perez and husband Francisco; five brothers, Benito Trevino and wife Ramona, Antonio Trevino and wife Susie, Juan Trevino and wife Maria, Jose Trevino and Onofre Trevino Jr.; and 12 grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to Odyssey Hospice, 6900 W. Interstate 40, Suite 150, Amarillo, TX 79106.
