Ramiro Guillen

Ramiro Guillen, 61, of Amarillo passed away June 12, 2022.

Visitation will be from 1-8:00 p.m., Sunday, June 26, 2022 at Angel Funeral Home, 2209 S. Arthur. Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 27, 2022 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Angel Funeral Home.

Ramiro was born September 1, 1960 in Mexico to Alfonso Guillen-Enriquez and Teresa Cervantes. He worked over 15 years at Tyson Foods and previously as a rancher in Mexico. Ramiro loved dancing, playing the lottery, cooking and the outdoors. He was a hard worker and never turned his back on anyone, always dedicated to his family and friends. Ramiro frequently travelled to Mexico to spend time with his brothers that he remained very close to. He was a clean, maintained person always taking pride in himself.

Ramiro is survived by his daughter, Maribel Guillen; sons, Carlos Guillen, Miguel Guillen, Ramiro Guillen Pena, and Ramiro Guillen, Jr.; sisters, Nelida Chaves, Teresa Guillen, and Maria Vargas; brothers, Salvador Guillen, Juan Guillen, Alfonso Guillen, Ismael Guillen, Daniel Guillen, Alfredo Guillen, Rodolfo Guillen, German Guillen, David Guillen, Javier Guillen, and Jose Guillen; his parents, Alfonso and Teresa Guillen-Enriquez; 2 grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
