ROBERT LOUIS BROWN, age 76 of Valle de Oro died February 19 in Amarillo.

Robert was born in North Carolina to Jesse Franklin and Carrie Mae Reed Brown on March 1, 1939. He married Regina Salazar November 7, 1958 in Greenville, South Carolina.
He worked for Mesa Petroleum for fourteen years before going to work for the City of Amarillo where he worked for ten years 2006.
Robert was preceded in death by two sisters Elise and Rosalie, a son-in-law, Donny, and a grandson Nick.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Regina; his three daughters, Sandra Renteria and her husband Julian, Debbie Brown and Christy Hutton; his two sons, Robert Brown Jr and John Wesley Brown; eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
