Robert (Bob) Atwood

Robert K. (Bob) Atwood, 73, of Amarillo passed away April 23, 2019.

Robert was born in Peoria, IL to Kirby and Peggy Atwood. He married Josephine (Jo) McEnroe on October 7, 1967. He proudly served in the United Stated Navy and retired from the United States Postal Service as a Rural Carrier.

He was a lifetime member of VFW Post 1475. He was a member and volunteer of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge and a member of the Elks Lodge #923.

Robert is survived by his wife Josephine of 51 years; sisters, Marsha Tribbett and husband Floyd of Amarillo, TX and Sydney Buel and husband Leon of Peoria, IL; brother, Scott Brewer of Minonk, IL; sister, Jill Sunderland of Peoria, IL; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

As per Robert’s request, there will be no services.
