Trace Allen Morales

Trace Morales, 44, of Amarillo, died Wednesday, October 30, 2024. 

Services for Trace will be on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 11:00 am at Pinnacle Community Church, 7305 S. Coulter Street. Arrangements are in the care of Angel Funeral Home. 

 Trace was born to Richard and Debbie Morales on July 26, 1980, in Herford, Texas. Trace grew up in Amarillo, TX, and graduated from Randall High School in 1999. Trace was involved with scouts throughout his childhood and received his Eagle. 

 Trace loved to cook for his family and was not afraid to use unique spices and techniques. To his family, he will always be their Blue Mountain or Big Teddy Bear. 

 Those left to cherish Trace’s memories are his girlfriend, Helen Montes, and his children, whom he loved very much: Memorie, Eli, Jose, Jonathan, Priscilla, and grandson Oliver. Darlene and David Pena of Amarillo, Richard and Kristen Morales of Amarillo, and Cara Morales of Amarillo. Also survived by many nephews and nieces who loved Trace very much. Trace is preceded in death by parents Richard Morales Sr and Debbie Morales, grandparents Humberto and Delia Morales, and Clarence and Mary Pontruff.
