William Dale Walker

William "Weezer" Walker Sr gained his wings on February 16, 2022 at the age of 66
surrounded by his children. He will be forever missed.

Services will be at Angel Funeral Home, 2209 S. Arthur, on Saturday February 26th at 3 pm with Greg Corona presiding. A meal will follow in the dining room of Sleep Inn and Suites, 6915 I-40 West. Please come be with family and share your memories.

He was born in Amarillo Texas on August 25, 1955 to James E "Heavy" Walker and Joyce M Madding Walker. He married Sharon Crosley and they raised 5 children in Amarillo.

William worked for Alco feeds for many years. He also ran his own car lot, Wholesale Auto Sales, to support his family. William enjoyed spending time with his family, doing odd jobs on the side and taking care of his faithful companion Buddy. He never missed a family function for his family meant the world to him. He also loved his Texas Longhorns and Dallas Cowboys football. He will always be remembered as a kind and humble man when his family/friends were in need he was always there to take the tasks.

William is preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers Kenneth Walker and Eddie Walker.

Those left to cherish his memories are his five wonderful children Marsha Walker and partner Michelle, James "Bubba" Walker and wife Sabra, Jason Walker and fiance Desiree, William "Bebe" Walker and wife Rebekah and Linda Walker and boyfriend Charles all of Amarillo. William was very blessed with 19 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews; 2 brothers Gary Walker and wife Peggy of Amarillo and Dennis Walker and wife Leanne of Fritch Texas.

The family would like to extend thanks and gratitude to the Northwest Texas Hospital 2nd floor ICU unit and also the Respiratory Unit for the care given
to their father and also the compassion that was given to the family to help in decision making.
